STANDARD TESTING PROCEDURE FOR HDPE WHITE BOTTLE 30 ML
1. Objective: The purpose of this STP is to ensure the compliance of quality of HDPE WHITE bottle 30 mL.
2. Scope: To establish the standard testing procedure of HDPE WHITE bottle 30 ML in Pharmaceuticals.

4. Description: HDPE White Bottles 30ml.
3.1 Colour : Milky White Bottles and White Cap
3.2 Height of bottle: Take 10 no. of bottles for the measurement of height. Measure the height of bottles by the scale or Vernier caliper. Note the reading and check the variation by specification. None of bottles height deviate from the specified limits.
3.3 Body Diameter of bottle: Take 10 no. of bottles and measure the body diameter by vernier caliper, note down the reading. None of the obtained value deviate from specified limits.
3.4 Neck Diameter (outer): Take 10 no. of bottles and measure the neck outer diameter by vernier caliper, note down the reading. None of the obtained value deviate from specified limits.
3.5 Neck Diameter (Inner): Take 10 no. of bottles and measure the neck inner diameter by vernier caliper. Note down the reading. None of obtained value deviate from specified limits.
3.6 Over flow Capacity: Take 10 no. of bottles and fill the volume by water up to the neck. Transfer the volume of water in a 250ml measuring cylinder one by one and note the volume of water squinty.
3.7 Average weight: Properly check the weight of bottles. The average weight should be between the specified ranges of the specification.
3.8 Ring line volume: Take 10 no. of amber coloured bottles and fill the volume by water up to the ring line. Transfer the volume of water in a 100ml measuring cylinder one by one and note the volume of water squinty.
3.9 Plastic Screw Cap with Induction Sealing Wad:
3.9.1 Weight of screw cap: Properly check the weight of screw cap. The average weight should be between the specified ranges of the specification.
3.9.2 Height of cap: Take 10 no. of screw caps for the measurement of height. Measure the height of caps by the scale or Vernier caliper. Note the reading and check the variation by specification. None of caps height deviate from the specified limits.
3.9.3 Thickness of induction seal: Measure the thickness of 10 no. of induction seal by vernier caliper and note the variation as minimum and maximum.
3.9.4 Diameter of induction seal: Measure the diameter of 10 no. of induction seal by vernier caliper and note the variation as minimum and maximum.
