SOP for the Operation of VORTEX MIXTURE

1.0 PURPOSE

This document details the procedure for the Operation of VORTEX MIXTURE

2.0 SCOPE

This procedure is to be applied at the time of Operation of VORTEX MIXTURE

3.0 RESPONSIBILITY

Persons along with their responsibilities are given below:

4.0 PROCEDURE

4.1 OPERATION

4.1.1 Switch on the main power supply.

4.1.2 Put on the closed container on plate.

4.1.3 Switch on instrument switch.

4.1.4 Set the speed (low/ or high) as required for that time

4.1.5 Switch off the instrument switch

4.1.6 Switch off the main power supply

4.2 CLEANING

4.2.1 Clean the instrument with Clean Cloth.

4.3 Precaution:

4.3.1 Hold the container at such an angle that it should not slip from hands of the user & the breakage should be avoided.

4.3.2 Beware of the accidents.
