SOP ON OPERATION OF INCUBATOR
1.0 What
This document details the procedure for the Operating procedure of Incubator.
2.0 Why
It is the policy of the written procedure will be followed for the Operation of Procedure for Incubator and its use monitored in order to ensure that the operation is carried uniformly by any of the analyst so as to avoid any deviation from the procedure.
3.0 When
This procedure is to be applied at the time of Operation of Procedure for Incubator.
4.0 RESPONSIBILITY
Persons along with their responsibilities are given below:

5.0 PROCEDURE
5.1 OPERATION
5.1.1 Switch on the main power supply.
5.1.2 Switch on the instrument switch.
5.1.3 While heater is on the green light will be on.
5.1.4 When the incubator attains temperature green light turns off.
5.1.5 Read the temperature inside by the calibrated thermometer and record.
5.1.6 Open the door and keep the objects inside.
5.1.7 After the required time of incubation put off the instrument switch.
5.1.8 Put off the main power supply.
5.2 CLEANING
5.2.1 Clean the apparatus externally with clean Tissue Paper
5.2.2 lean the unit surface with wiping cloth supplied with the unit before and after use.
5.3 PRECAUTION
5.3.1 Keep the Instrument Dust free and Clean
5.3.2 Check the Temperature three or four time in a day.
5.3.3 Do the surface sterilization with 70 % IPA once in a week.
